I understand unexpected events occur, this is a part of life! As a courtesy to each guest, confirmation texts are sent 48 hours in advance. Text reminders are also sent 1 hour prior to your appointment to ensure you have enough time to get to your appointment.

My guests and l each have a 10 minute grace period.
